Commercial Lighting Solutions

Lighting surveys, design, supply and installation for shopping centres, offices, warehouses and factories: LED upgrades, parking and signage lighting, and repairs at height.

What we do

Good lighting starts with knowing what is on site. We survey the existing fittings, the faults and the areas that are too dark or wasting power, then recommend the fittings, layout and controls that fit the budget. We install it, and we maintain it, including the fittings nobody can reach without a scissor lift.

  • Lighting surveys and reports: every fitting and fault logged, with photos and a costed plan
  • Lighting design and fitting selection for malls, offices, warehouses and factories
  • LED retrofits and upgrades to cut running and maintenance costs
  • Parking, perimeter and exterior lighting: floodlights, pole lights, walkways
  • Signage and feature lighting: pylon signs, shopfronts, canopies
  • Repairs at height with scissor lifts and the right access equipment
  • Timers, photocells and lighting control: see our smart lighting control

Frequently asked questions

Do you only install, or do you also design the lighting?

Both. We survey the site, recommend fittings and layout, supply them and install them. If you already have a lighting designer or a fittings supplier, we install to their specification.

Is it worth upgrading to LED?

Usually, on fittings that run long hours: parking, walkways, warehouses and signage. LED uses less power and fails far less often, which matters most where every repair needs a lift.

Can you repair lights at height?

Yes. High canopies, atriums, warehouse bays and pole lights are routine for us, using scissor lifts and the right access equipment.

Can the lights switch on and off by themselves?

Yes. Timers and photocells handle the basics, and our own smart lighting controller switches and monitors lighting on schedules and daylight levels, remotely.
