Infrared scan of the distribution boards with a graded report, plus basement lighting and extraction fan repairs.
Generator study and standby supply
Sized the generator off the real load, then designed a metered standby supply to 13 stores on a 316 m feeder.

Generator feed for a tenant, isolators for the pylon signage and walkway plug points.
